I am summiting this Civil Liberties Case to the ACLU, because I have been a victim of a repetitive crime syndicate, one which committed the violation of:

We are against this repetitive George W. Bush Jr./Richard Riordan LAPD/NY FBI crime syndicate and their:  "black demonic rain", abductions, murders, castrations, larcenies, and how they framed innocent people!
